Wolverine Exploration Announces Closing of Financing - Latest Headlines on Astini News
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --& Wolverine Exploration Inc. ("Wolverine") (otcqb:WOLV) announced today that it has closed a private placement of 8,733,333 common shares at US $0.03 per share for proceeds of US $262,000. The proceeds from the private placement were used for the 2011 exploration program and general working capital.&
The securities issued and sold in the private placement will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 as amended (the "Act"), and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration, or an applicable exemption from registration, under the Act.&
Wolverine also announced today that it did not proceed with the private placement of 6,000,000 common shares at US $0.05 per share announced on April 18, 2011.&
